Leasing a car rather than buying one allows you to get a new car with generally a lower monthly payment. There are many benefits to leasing, but one big drawback is that the lease will eventually end, leaving you with a decision to make.
All leases give you the option to buy at the end of the lease, for a predetermined value that's in your contract. You can go this route if you choose.
If you don't want the car anymore, you can turn it into the dealership, and if the car is in good shape and within the mileage allowance, you shouldn't owe any money.
If you want to lease the car for a little while longer, you may be able to extend it for a few months. You also can buy or lease a new car.
