"Excellent Dealership!!"

A few months ago I purchased a 2010 Dodge Caliber Rush from Feeny Chrysler. I had been to 3 other Dodge dealerships in my area looking to buy this specific model. Two of the dealerships I visited didn't even acknowledge I was even in their dealership, snobs. The third one tried to sell me a truck, I did not want a truck. When I went into Feeny I was totally amazed at the difference in the treatment I received. The sales manager welcomed me with a kind hand shake and offered me refreshments before even asking me "how could he help me". I was treated like a friend not a customer, wow. After I asked about the Caliber that I was interested in he took me to meet Joel Stevens whom became my sales person. I told Joel the exact options and items and color I wanted on the Caliber. Joel explained the features and options that were available, I deleted some and added some. He then searched the entire country wide inventory and found the exact car I wanted. He had a crew go to Indiana to get it for me. I signed the purchase agreement on Monday evening he said I would have the car Friday. Wednesday Mike the sales manager called me at 4:00pm and asked me if I would like to come get my new car. I took it home Wednesday with no charge for going to get it for me. I have purchased new cars in the past but never have I been treated this well by a dealership. 0 hassle purchase. I will be buying from Feeny again.

The thing my husband and I liked the best about the salespeople there was that they didn't pressure us. They let us "buy" not get "sold". They have a good selection of new and used cars, a good maintainence department, and you get free car washes!!!

I worked with service with a problem vehicle, then decided to trade on a new one, Rick and Dawn were very professional in service listening to the customer and trying to come up with a service plan that was cost effective for the customer. Part way through the process I decided to trade and worked with Tom in sales who sought out all of the potential factory discounts that were available and did everything he could to make a nice smooth transition. Dan in finance was great to explain all of my finance options and worked with my insurance & finance Companies. This is the first time I bought a vehicle where I didn't have to go and secure the loan bring in the check, and run around and get the certificate of insurance etc. Dan and Tom did it all for me, all I had to do was sign the papers, bring in the old title, and drive the new car off the lot. What a pleasent experience and so nice to work with folks who do what they say they will...and when they say they will.

"Way above and beyond!"

My husband and I both called on a 96 Prizm. It's one of those trade ins that they just shove right back out the door, usually to a wholesaler. Somehow this made it online. The guy my husband talked to said it was gone and that was finished. Kirk Debuck took my information and said he'd find out if it was available or not - as it was set aside for a wholesaler. Turns out it was a first come first serve if we did want it, so we drove down and he spent his morning getting us in our new used car. Yes we have to do some work on it, but if we had waited to buy this baby from a used dealer, we probably would have had to pay double. So if you need a new or slightly used car, please call and ask for Kirk. He will make it easy and pleasant.
